That is a bit tricky! But I think I grasp what you mean. If you don’t like running, then don’t commit to that as a means to get healthy; the same for weights, or aerobics, or yoga, or whatever means. Do what you like.
I agree with that. And although I might not classify “to be healthy” as a goal (it’s vague and difficult to measure), I would classify that as a lifestyle change, or the broad umbrella of a larger goal, which can be set and classified with other smaller structures (like running/weights/freestyle/etc.).
