That’s a great question about writing and exercising. Although they’re very similar in principle, writing is much more acute and fickle than exercising. If you exercise every day for 60+ days, you’re pretty much guaranteed to see results. Writing has its own set of rules — although you may see some results (350 new followers is really great!), writing (especially on medium) is more about quality. You can post for 60 days and still need far better quality, which isn’t guaranteed.
However, I love the quote by Benjamin P. Hardy, “The most likely path to quality is quantity.” If you want to develop quality writing, the best way is probably to produce a lot, get training, mentorship, feedback, and practice.
